Bandit Market's Summer Party is happening on June 7th, 2025 from 11 am to 4 pm at a different venue in downtown Winter Haven - Nora Mayo Hall. Nora Mayo Hall is only a few blocks from our previous venue. It is larger and most importantly, there are no stairs! Woohoo!
We have a few different spaces available for vendors:
Indoor 8x4 space- $65
Indoor 8x4 space with table provided- $70
Indoor 10x10 spaces (no tents allowed)- $85. You can add on 8 ft tables for these spaces as well at $5/each.
Outdoor Non-food trailer space- $85
Outdoor Food trailer space- $85
We will do our best to accommodate your booth size request, but 10x10 spaces are limited. We will reach out to you to discuss booth size if we are unable to accommodate your request.
Food Vendors: Indoor hot food vendors must have hot plate/hot case preparation. No deep-frying, stove tops, etc. are allowed inside the venue. If you are unsure if your food set up will comply with the venue, feel free to email events@destroyermedia.com.
There are limited spaces available with electricity. In these spaces, you can use standard extension cords, but no heavy duty cords or high-powered appliances are permitted.
We do not allow any third party resellers (other than curated vintage).
While early applications are greatly appreciated, they do not guarantee your spot at the market. We want to create a fresh, exciting market with a variety of vendors. We also want to ensure you have the best chance for sales by not having too many similar vendors. If accepted, you will receive a separate acceptance email with instructions for payment and additional event details. If you are not initially accepted, you will be added to our waitlist. Emails are not sent to wait-listed vendors unless a spot opens up and they are accepted.
