This application is for the Holidays on Central event in downtown Winter Haven on Saturday, December 7th from 10 am to 4 pm. This event will consist of both a traditional holiday Mistletoe Market and the local favorite alternative Bandit Market (plus entertainment, interactive activities and more). This application is for both markets. We will place you where we feel your products are best suited- there is no bad place to be! The event is rain or shine. All vendor spaces are outdoor. Vendors must provide their own set ups including tent, tent weights (REQUIRED- you may be asked to leave if you do not have appropriate tent weights), tables, chairs, etc.

Applications will be reviewed the first week of August. If you are not initially accepted, you are automatically placed on the wait list. We pull from the wait list to backfill any cancellations. Applications will remain open until all categories are full. We limit how many vendors of each product type are allowed in so that everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Popular categories (body products, baked goods, served food, etc) will likely fill up quickly, so please do not wait to apply.

Booth sharing is allowed. If you plan to share your booth with a friend, both businesses will need to submit an application. Select Yes on the booth sharing question in the application and provide the name of your booth buddy.

If you are accepted, you will receive an email with an invoice for payment. Payment is due within 14 days of receipt. If you need additional time to pay, please reach out to us- we are happy to work with you. If you do not pay the invoice or contact us within 14 days, your space will be forfeited and given to someone on the wait list.

We do not allow any resellers (other than curated vintage), MLMs, political, religious or promotional booths. We are a safe and inclusive event.
