Bandit Market's Summer Party is happening on May 2nd, 2026 from 12 to 5 pm at Bowen Yard in Downtown Winter Haven. This is an outdoor venue. We will miss the luxury of air conditioning, but this move allows us to keep our vendor fees as low as possible and gives the event more visibility. We will have a vendor cool down room available if you need an a/c break or cold water.
The vendor fee is $85 per 10x10 tent space. Booth sharing is allowed, just note who you want to share a booth with in the application below.
Our new venue, Bowen Yard, is an outdoor food hall. Because of this, we cannot have any food trucks or served food at this event. Pre-packaged baked goods or other foods not meant to be consumed on-site are welcome.
We will not accept any vendors that use AI in their products. We also will not accept any third party resellers (other than curated vintage).
While early applications are greatly appreciated, they do not guarantee your spot at the market. We want to create a fresh, exciting market with a variety of vendors. We also want to ensure you have the best chance for sales by not having too many similar vendors. If accepted, you will receive a separate acceptance email with instructions for payment and additional event details. If you are not initially accepted, you will be added to our waitlist. Emails are not sent to wait-listed vendors unless a spot opens up and they are accepted.
