Florida's Citrus Festival is a celebration of Polk County’s citrus heritage in collaboration with Visit Central Florida. We are creating a new annual tradition with a nod back to the Citrus Festivals of the past. Bringing families together to share some fun and nostalgia in downtown Winter Haven.

The Polk County Blueberry Festival will celebrate one of Florida’s biggest and most delicious crops- blueberries! We will bring blueberry groves, specialty blueberry-inspired foods and vendors, live entertainment, family activities and more to downtown Auburndale for this annual celebration that will continue to grow into the future.

Polk County Taco Week is a heavily publicized county-wide celebration of all things TACO! Dozens of participating restaurants across the county offer unique taco specials during Taco Week, enticing customers to check them out!

First Friday is a monthly can't-miss event bringing the community together in downtown Winter Haven for dinner, drinks, vibes and shopping.

We feature a wide variety of produce, unique food trucks, artisan food vendors, plants, and handmade crafts. We host the market every Saturday morning at the corner of 3rd St. and Avenue C across from Grove Roots Brewery.

Live & Loud is Polk County’s monthly pulse of raw talent and underground energy. More than just a showcase, it's a safe, inclusive space where rising artists and creatives from the local scene break boundaries, own the stage, and make some serious noise. Polk County Burger Week highlights local restaurants through irresistible burger creations and special deals. Participating restaurants welcome hundreds of new customers seeking their burger creations only available during Burger Week.

The Great Polk Pet Showdown is a chance for pet owners to show off their beloved pets for the chance to be voted the best of Polk County! Locals can submit photos of their pets to be voted on in a variety of categories. Winners get published in Haven and LKLD magazines and get a sweet prize pack.

Holidays on Central is the largest holiday event in downtown Winter Haven. This annual event brings in over 100 vendors from all over central Florida, plus food trucks, live entertainment, interactive activities and a visit from the big man himself, Santa Claus! 

Bandit Market is an alternative maker’s market where the community can shop for local, handmade, and vintage goods from all over Central Florida. Shoppers can also enjoy craft cocktails, delicious food vendors and unique surprise experiences.​
