The Polk County Blueberry Festival will take place on April 11, 2026 in the downtown Auburndale park. The event is from 10 am to 8 pm. Vendors are required to be present for the duration of the event. We are accepting applications for served food (truck or tent), packaged food, handmade goods, and curated vintage. No third party resellers will be permitted. As this event is a blueberry festival, all vendors must offer at least one blueberry-themed item for the event.
Upon acceptance into the Polk County Blueberry Festival, invoices will be sent from Destroyer Media & Marketing. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. If you need additional time, you must let us know. If you do not pay and we don’t hear from you after 14 days, your space will be forfeited.
Vendor fees are not refundable once paid. If you cancel or are no longer able to attend for any reason, we cannot refund your vendor fee. Your fees are immediately put to use in the producing this event.
This is a rain or shine event.
All vendors must provide their own tents, tent weights (min. 25 lb per leg), tables, chairs, etc. Lights are recommended as this event goes into the evening.
There is no access to electricity at this event. If you require electricity, you can bring a run-quiet generator. It cannot be placed directly onto the park grass. You must bring a piece of plywood or similar to go underneath it. If your generator is not run-quiet and is disruptive to the event, you may be asked not to use it.
