Apply to Vend at Florida's Citrus Festival 2027

Florida's Citrus Festival will take place on January 30 & 31, 2027 across all three parks in downtown Winter Haven. The event is from 10 am to 6 pm each day. We are accepting applications for served food (truck or tent), produce/agricultural products, packaged food (baked goods, pickles, etc), handmade goods, curated vintage and on-site services (facepainting, caricatures, etc). No third party resellers will be permitted. As this event is a celebration of citrus, all vendors must offer at least one citrus-themed item for the event.

The first round of application reviews will take place the week of September 28th. Additional application reviews will take place after that if there are remaining spaces.

As this event is moving to two days, vendors will be able to leave their tents up overnight. We will have overnight security present, but please do not leave valuables. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

With this application, you agree:

If you are preparing food on site, you confirm that you have a current and valid proof of annual food truck inspection. If you need help with this, you can contact your local jurisdiction to set up an inspection appointment prior to the event. Inspectors may be on-site during this event and anyone who does not have a valid proof of inspection will be asked to leave and will not be refunded. This is outside of the control of festival organizers.

Food trucks agree that they carry all licensing, permits and insurance required by the City of Winter Haven.

Upon acceptance into the Florida's Citrus Festival Market, invoices will be sent from Destroyer Media & Marketing via Wix. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. If you need additional time, you must let us know. If you do not pay and we don’t hear from you after 14 days, your space will be forfeited.

Vendor fees are not refundable once paid. If you cancel or are no longer able to attend for any reason, we cannot refund your vendor fee. Your fees are immediately put to use in the producing this event.

This is a rain or shine event and will only be cancelled in dangerous weather.

All vendors must provide their own tents, tent weights (min. 25 lb per leg), tables, chairs, etc.

There is no access to electricity at this event. If you require electricity, you can bring a run-quiet generator. It cannot be placed directly onto the park grass. You must bring a piece of plywood or similar to go underneath it. If your generator is not run-quiet and is disruptive to the event, you may be asked not to use it.
