Holidays on Central/Bandit Market Vendor Application 2026

Holidays on Central will take place on December 5^th, 2026 from 10 am to 4 pm across all three parks in downtown Winter Haven. This application is for both Holidays on Central and Bandit Market. Bandit Market will be placed in one of the three parks. The market reserves the right to place vendors where we deem appropriate, taking into consideration product types, family-friendliness of products, not placing similar vendors next to each other, etc.

Application reviews will take place later in July. Once approved, invoices will be sent and must be paid within 14 days. Vendor fees are not refundable once paid. If you cancel or are no longer able to attend for any reason, we cannot refund your vendor fee. We will not DM you for payment. If you receive any questionable invoices, please email us at events@destroyermedia.com to confirm the invoice is real before making a payment.

We do not allow any third party resellers at this market.

Vendor fees are not refundable once paid. If you cancel or are no longer able to attend for any reason, we cannot refund your vendor fee. Your fees are immediately put to use in creating and promoting the event. Thank you for your understanding.

There is no access to electricity in the park. You may bring your own run-quiet generator if you require electricity. If your generator is not run-quiet and is disruptive to the event, we may ask you to turn it off during the event. Battery-operated powerbanks are wonderful and silent if you are looking for an electricity alternative.

Food trucks agree that they carry all licensing, permits and insurance required by the City of Winter Haven.

Holidays on Central takes place across all three parks downtown, with one park dedicated to a Bandit Market section. The market reserves the right to place vendors where we deem appropriate, taking into consideration product types, family-friendliness of products, not placing similar vendors next to each other, etc. We take a lot of care in our lineup to set everyone up for success. Specific space requests will only be considered for accessibility needs.
