Polk County Blueberry Festival 2026 Blueberry Toss
Each participant will be given a spoon with a single blueberry on it.
Contestants must carry the spoon with the blueberry while navigating through a course of cones.
Participants must weave through the cones and head toward the finish line.
The first person to cross the finish line with their blueberry still on the spoon wins the race.
If the blueberry falls off the spoon, the contestant must stop, place it back on the spoon, and continue from where they dropped it.
Contestants may not use their hands to hold the blueberry in place while racing.
No sabotaging, bumping, or interfering with other players is allowed. Any contestant who does so will be disqualified.
If there are many participants, races may be run in heats or as one-on-one rounds. Winners from each heat may compete in a final round.
