    Grand Citrus Social Vendor Application The Grand Citrus Social will take place on January 31, 2026 across all three parks in downtown Winter Haven. The event is from 11 am to 8 pm. Vendors are required to be present for the duration of the event. We are accepting applications for served food (truck or tent), packaged food, handmade goods, and curated vintage. No third party resellers will be permitted. As this event is a celebration of all things citrus, all vendors must offer at least one citrus-themed item for the event. Vendor fees are not refundable once paid. If you cancel or are no longer able to attend for any reason, we cannot refund your vendor fee. Your fees are immediately put to use in the producing this event. This is a rain or shine event. All vendors must provide their own tents, tent weights (min. 25 lb per leg), tables, chairs, etc. Lights are recommended as this event goes into the evening. There is no access to electricity at this event. If you require electricity, you can bring a run-quiet generator. It cannot be placed directly onto the park grass. You must bring a piece of plywood or similar to go underneath it. If your generator is not run-quiet and is disruptive to the event, you may be asked not to use it.     Blue Ribbon Showcase Apply Here! The Blue Ribbon Showcase at the Grand Citrus Social will display artwork, crafts, sculptures and more from artists throughout Polk County. Similar to traditional shows at the state fair, the Blue Ribbon Showcase is an opportunity for professional and novice artists alike to get their work out into the community. Plus all entries are eligible to earn a Blue Ribbon prize! Please see below for the 2026 Blue Ribbon Showcase categories and rules. If you have any questions about what category your piece would fit in or if it meets a size requirement, please email events@destroyermedia.com . Applications are open through December 31st, 2025. Display space is limited. Categories may close before December 31st is the space limit is reached. 2026 Blue Ribbon Showcase Categories: Fiber Arts Including but not limited to Needlepoint, Cross Stitch, Embroidery, Crewel, Punch Needle, Stump Work, Needle Felting, Knitting, Crochet, Weaving, Sewing, Quilting, Apparel Submissions must come ready to display (ie - framed if appropriate). Framed pieces must be smaller than 24”x24” and be ready to hang or display on tabletop. Wearables and linens will be displayed appropriately as space allows. 2D (Not Including Photography) Including but not limited to Painting, Drawing/Illustration, Collage, Digital Submissions must come ready to display (ie - framed if appropriate). Display Info Cards will be filled out by the artist on the days exhibits are accepted. No changes will be allowed after exhibits have been entered for competition. All reasonable efforts will be exercised to prevent damage, theft, or accident of any kind to entries. However, the Grand Citrus Social, Destroyer Media & Marketing, and their volunteers will assume no responsibility for damage or theft of any entries before, during, and after the event. Judges’ decisions are final. All entries are judged individually by an independent panel of judges. If it is ascertained that an exhibitor has made any false statements in regard to any article or exhibit or interfered with the judges in the performance of their duties, the exhibitor shall be excluded from competition. The Grand Citrus Social reserves the right to reject any exhibit offered if it is objectionable in any way, if it requires excessive space, or if the capacity of a category has been reached. Disqualified items will be rejected and not displayed.     1. Contracting Party These terms and conditions apply if you choose to take up a subscription to Haven and/or LKLD Magazine. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Destroyer Media and Marketing, (“we” or “us”) make subscriptions available to you. 2. Ordering your subscription or ordering online Your subscription entitles you to receive copies of Haven and/or LKLD Magazine. Published twelve times a year, you can order your subscription at any time. 3. When is the contract formed online? When you submit your payment for your subscription online, you are making an offer to take out a subscription to Haven and/or LKLD Magazine which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract between us. Once the credit card company has authorized payment, your account will be debited and you will receive an e-mail confirming your Subscription or order. However, we will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation in the event there is any type of disruption with the e-mail services subscribed to by you, your e-mail address is incorrect or other dysfunction related to the network. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by your payment card issuer. 4. When is the contract formed ordering off-line? Your subscription contract is active upon receipt of your payment to us. Your subscription and online access is personal to you and non-transferable, except where you place an order in someone else’s name as a gift. In these circumstances you will have to pay the subscription fees as laid out below. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any application for a subscription for any reason including (but not limited to) the following: In the event of inaccuracies in price In the event that we are unable to obtain authorization from the issuer of your payment card, or in the case of Direct Debits, from your bank. We may use third parties to assist in the provision and fulfilment of any part of the subscription service on our behalf. We may pass your personal information provided by you to such third parties but only for the purposes of providing the subscription service to you. 5. Payment We require payment in advance for all subscriptions. If you are choosing to call with credit card details or to pay by check your order will be fulfilled upon receipt of remittance, or on publication, whichever is the later date. 6. Delivery We will deliver the magazines to the address you notify to us when you place your order. Upon receipt of payment your subscription will be started with our next issue (unless a renewal or otherwise specified), which will be dispatched upon publication. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive any issues because you have provided us with an incomplete or incorrect address. In order to avoid such mishaps, please notify us in the event your address changes. You can do this online using the form provided for this purpose by means of the access codes received with the confirmation of your Subscription. 7. Delay in delivery and non-delivery We will not be responsible for delayed or non-delivery where the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, or your bank refuses to accept our Direct Debit mandate. Or where failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub-contractors. We are not responsible for any delay caused by customs, or liable for any import duties and taxes, which are levied after once the package reaches a specific destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and if, despite efforts to contact you, we do not receive correct address details. 8. Price Information Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted can be changed at any time at our discretion. Prices quoted include delivery charges. If you make ongoing Direct Debit payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase. Although we try to ensure that all prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, or an inconsistency between the rate for your delivery region and price paid, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid. 9. Credit Card Payment If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit / debit card to pay for the subscription you must ask the permission of the card holder before entering payment details. By submitting payment, you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the card holder. 10. Liability Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in dispatch shall be limited to the replacement of missing issues. Any requests for a refund for missing issues shall be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. 11. Use of Personal Information We use the personal and transactional information you supply to us in order to fulfill your order. Unless caused by fraud or negligence on behalf of our staff we do not accept any liability for any misuse of your information (in particular your card details) by any other person. 12. Subscription Term If the magazine ordered changes frequency per year, we will honor the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription. 13.
